Welcome and Introduction
Many women spend so much time caring for everyone and everything around them that, somewhere along the way, they lose connection with themselves.
The constant doing, emotional load and pressure to keep going can leave us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and disconnected from our bodies and our own needs.
Well Women offers a space to slow down, reconnect and make room for rest, softness and your own inner voice.

Well Woman Within Was Created as a Gentle Space to Pause.
A gentle space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Over eight weeks, we explore simple practices including mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and reflection, supporting you to feel more grounded, nourished and connected.
This isn’t about changing who you are or doing more, it’s an invitation to soften, listen and let go of what no longer serves you.
OurOur Programme
My name is Alexa Young
Well Woman Within is an eight-week wellbeing journey designed to support women in reconnecting with themselves through gentle, meaningful, and restorative practices.
At the heart of the programme is a carefully guided daily experience delivered through written reflections and voice notes, allowing you to move through the journey in your own time, while still feeling supported and connected throughout the week.
Each day offers a blend of guidance, education, reflection, and practice, exploring themes such as nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, rest, self-awareness, embodiment, and reconnection.
Monday evening meet-ups
Alongside the online journey, we gather once each week for a nourishing in-person evening session. These sessions are designed to deepen connection, support integration, and create a sense of community and belonging amongst the women within the space.
Depending on the group and the flow of the programme, sessions may include:
-
Opening circle
-
Letting go workshop
-
Sound bath
-
Breathwork sessions
-
Sister circle
-
Voice release and gentle activation
-
Sunset walks and grounding practices
-
Closing ceremony

Heading 5
"It’s amazing, should be available to everyone through the NHS. Give them more money to expand and share this gift with others who want to experience it and benefit from the sessions/texts/voice notes!"
Thank you for making me feel accepted and understood, for the friendships and most of all for the experiences
" I loved feeling part of a group of women who want to help themselves. It was helpful realising everyone faces their own difficulties in different ways."
