This breathwork class offers a powerful yet grounded space to explore the intelligence of your breath. Using guided techniques, you’ll be supported to move beyond habitual breathing patterns and into a deeper, more conscious relationship with your body and inner world.

The breath becomes a bridge, helping to release tension, process held emotion, and restore balance across the nervous system.

Sessions are carefully held, allowing you to explore at your own pace. At times the experience may feel activating or expansive; at others, deeply calming and restorative. Wherever you meet yourself, the invitation is the same: to stay present, to soften resistance, and to allow the breath to do its work.

You may leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected, not just to your breath, but to yourself.
